14-Day Full Satisfaction Window
If our MT5 sync bridge, automated journaling, or performance analytics tools do not meet your expectations within 14 days of purchase, contact our support team for a full refund.
1. 14-Day Risk-Free Evaluation Period
All new subscriptions (Trader Pro, 1-Year Pass, Elite Lifetime) are covered by our 14-day refund policy. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to test the synchronization speed, AI reports, risk guardians, and backtesting tools.
2. How to Claim a Refund
Claiming your money back is simple:
- Email Our Billing Team: Send a quick email to tradefxlounge@gmail.com with your registered account email and order receipt.
- PC Setup Assistance (Optional): If you are experiencing technical difficulties on your PC, our dedicated engineers can provide a 1-on-1 remote setup call via TeamViewer or AnyDesk to resolve configuration issues.
- Instant Refund Processing: If you still wish to proceed, your refund is approved within 24 hours and returned to your original payment method (Card / UPI / NetBanking / Crypto).
3. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your recurring plan at any moment with a single click inside your dashboard under Platform Settings ➔ Subscription. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your paid billing cycle without further charges.
